La mia base naturale dei capelli era un castano chiaro (4 in gergo tecnico) e non mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero applicato un colore permanente anche sulla mia base naturale (che non volevo assolutamente colorare.
Risultato? mi sono ritrovata con una rilegatura di capelli ROSSO RAME/ORO (orribile, ma che soprattutto non avevo chiesto né tantomeno mi avevano detto sarei diventata di quel colore).
Dopo aver fatto presente questo loro errore, la proprietaria del salone Angelica inizia ad inveirmi contro dicendo che il colore che mi hanno applicato non è assolutamente tendente al rosso/arancione.
Si è anche rifiutata di finire la piega che mi stava effettuando in quanto non accettava di essere contraddetta.
Proprietaria estremamente arrogante e molto maleducata, al limite della denuncia.
Sicuramente non lo consiglio e girerò alla larga da questo "salone".

Result? I found myself with a ROSSO RAME / ORO hair binding (horrible, but above all I had not asked for, let alone told me I would have become of that color).
Having reported this error of their own, the owner of the salon Angelica begins to rant me against saying that the color they applied to me is absolutely not red / orange.
She also refused to finish the turn she was making me as she did not agree to be contradicted.
Extremely arrogant and very rude owner, on the verge of reporting.
I definitely don't recommend it and will stay away from this "salon".
