Ho visitato questo centro degradé Joelle dopo una esperienza davvero pessimapresso un altro centro Joelle della città, e devo dire di aver fatto la migliore scelta possibile. Ho trascorso circa 6 ore nel centro per un trattamento di colorazione, peraltro in promozione, svolto con un impegno, un'attenzione, una cura ed una dedizione al cliente ed ai suoi desideri che non ho mai trovato in nessun altro centro, né in Basilicata ne altrove (vivo a Roma). Il personale è professionale e garbato e in tutto il tempo che ho trascorso nel salone ho visto entrare ed uscire clienti con tagli e colori stupendi, felici e soddisfatte. Particolare attenzione è posta anche al rispetto delle procedure anti contagio. Il risultato che ho ottenuto è stato perfetto (sono la classica cliente pignola, attenta ai dettagli e che esige il massimo), e la titolare, gentilissima, si è persino fatta in quattro per accontentarmi e farmi un taglio (che non avevo prenotato e che ho chiesto di fare all'ultimo minuto), che mi è stato poi persino OMAGGIATO. Insomma, cos'altro si potrebbe mai chiedere ad un salone? Nulla, è assolutamente perfetto così. Auguro alla titolare ed alle collaboratrici (una menzione speciale ad Iriade che si è occupata di me, garbata, professionale, attenta anche al più piccolo capello bianco, e a tutte le mie richieste) ogni successo. Tornerò sicuramente in salone e lo promuoverò certamente con i miei contatti per la qualità dei risultati. Ancora grazie. Simply PERFECTION. I visited this degradé Joelle center after a really bad experience at another Joelle center in the city, and I must say that I made the best possible choice. I spent about 6 hours in the center for a coloring treatment, also in promotion, carried out with a commitment, attention, care and dedication to the customer and his desires that I have never found in any other center, nor in Basilicata. or elsewhere (I live in Rome). The staff is professional and polite and in all the time I spent in the salon I saw customers coming and going with beautiful cuts and colors, happy and satisfied. Particular attention is also paid to compliance with anti-contagion procedures. The result I got was perfect (I am the classic fussy customer, attentive to details and who demands the best), and the owner, very kind, even went out of her way to satisfy me and make me a cut (which I had not booked and that I asked to do at the last minute), which I was then even FREE. In short, what else could you ask for from a salon? Nothing, it's absolutely perfect like that. I wish the owner and collaborators (a special mention to Iriade who took care of me, polite, professional, attentive to even the smallest white hair, and to all my requests) every success. I will definitely come back to the salon and I will certainly promote it with my contacts for the quality of the results. Thank you again.
