Il nero probabilmente lo usano solo per i clienti più importanti. Per il resto, fotocopie in grigio con conseguente perdita di parti del testo che in originale avevano gradazioni di colore più chiare. Rilegature sbagliate: dall'ultima pagina alla prima. Costi eccessivi e arrotondati magicamente per eccesso. Insomma, soldi e tempo buttati perché sei costretto ad andare da un'altra parte a fare di nuovo tutto. Inoltre, se ti dicono che ti chiameranno non lo fanno e se li chiami non rispondono. Pessima realtà. Una stella è troppo. Staff disinterested in the customer. Mi reco spesso per delle copie o delle stampe varie e lo suggerisco soprattutto per il costo della stampa (generalmente 0.6 cent a pagina bianco e nero) e per la possibilità di stampare file inviati tramite mail. Inoltre offrono diverse tipologie di stampe, dai biglietti da visita alle tesi di laurea, dalla stampa plastificata alle brochure. 3 stelle perché trovo sia essenziale tenere il locale pulito e presentabile agli occhi del cliente. Consigliatissimo Copy shop almost in the center of Marsala. They do everything well, without hitches, errors, smudges or anything else. Easy and fast. Highly recommended

Non solo hanno avuto difficoltà a capire come fare le fotocopie (ed erano delle fotocopie semplicissime), ma nemmeno me le hanno consegnate. Ogni giorno mi veniva detto "saranno pronte domani" e puntualmente, l'indomani non erano pronte. Questa cosa è continuata per 3 volte, e ogni volta venivo rimandato al giorno dopo. A un certo punto ti senti preso in giro, per cui ho deciso di cambiare copisteria. Le copie possono tenerle. Avoid this copy shop. Not very competent staff, backward tools and above all minimal interest in the customer. Not only did they have a hard time figuring out how to make photocopies (and they were very simple photocopies), but they didn't even deliver them to me. Every day I was told "they will be ready tomorrow" and punctually, the next day they weren't ready. This continued 3 times, and each time I was postponed to the next day.
