I just give one star to attract attention of Qinzio Managent to the fact that reputation of the shopping center depends also on the staff and reputation of each separate store located in this shopping Center. I believe the Quinzio Managent should deal with such cases right away and prevent small stores owners and staff abuse of the shopping center clients and visitors. I have got a really bad experience today that I am definitely sharing here. It relates to the bar located in Quinzio that is managed by a family of chinese origine. These people harm an overall Quinzio reputation by their disrespectful and scandalous behaviour. And Quinzio security was not there at the moment. Here is the story. I am not a permanent client of this bar but sometimes buy coffee there or pay my phone bills. I have already previously heard from other people that the owners of this bar permit  treating and speaking to their clients in a rude and irrespective manner. the owner may come and tell the clients to go away even if there are other empty tables available in the bar or there are no other clients at the moment or simply not let a person in if they do not like that person.Today I have had my own very poor experience with the owners and got a proof that the stories heard from other people really have ground. I was in a bar with my old friend of almost 80 years of age. we had our coffee and my friend went to pay to a young man (I guess the son of the bar owners) at the cash counter. I stood by my friend and we continued our conversation. at this very moment the area near the cash counter was empty, there were no other clients wishing to pay. the lady owner for some reason decided we talk too much with my friend and asked us if we could keep chatting outside the bar. she said it not in a polite way but in a way of order/demand. when I opposed and asked her why we cannot chat in a bar, this lady and her son just infuriated, especially her son. This tall strong young man twice bigger than me became very aggressive and his face turned red. he lost his temper easily and in front of the bar full of clients at 9.00 in the morning started yelling right in my face, reaching his hand towards me and showing me to the exit. his mom (owner) was trying to calm him down and was physically pushing him to his work place away from me but he kept returning and yelling. the lady owner was rude as well. that was a terrible scene (brutta figura come dicono gli italiani). They have permitted themselves to talk to us this way because they did not expect someone would disobey their unbelievably absurd request done in the form of order not to chat in the proximity of the cash counter. The second reason was that there were just two ladies in front of them-my friend and I. Should there be a strong male instead of us, the owners would just keep silent. My friend is the elderly person and she goes for a coffee in this bar every day. the owners have known her perfectly for years and yet they permitted to treat that old lady and me in that unspeakable way. They did not like I had a reaction to their rude attitude towards us. They have no idea what does a human dignity mean. they just humiliate people. I could have called the police and qualify it as abuse and harassment. I still can make a report to police. definitely there is a video surveillance that can serve as a proof of that incident. there were many eyewitnesses in the bar at that moment. the only reason I did not escalate and did not call for police was that this old lady will keep coming to Quinzio because she leaves nearby and might become the target of even worse disrespectful , arrogant and offensive attitude again. But I think it will never stop the owners from such behaviour in the future again. It is mere arrogance. Stay away from that bar. They do not appreciate their clients, are disrespectful towards elderly people, are rude , arrogant and aggressive. What a shame! Vergogna. Grave.
