★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very basic, but gives you a fresh start if you are starting your trip from the Catania Airport. It has a large super market with all your needs from bread, meat to drinks and sweet snacks and even toys if you're traveling with kids.
In addition there's a large electronic store you can buy local SIM cards for data plans. Free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a nice handy supermarket for the airport and beach hotels plus those working on the industrial estate. Such a shame they closed it down :(
Alternative is at the Porte de Catania centre, but nowhere near as easy to get to or as handy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shopping and they seem to be in the process of closing down. The only store open was an electronic store which looked well stocked and organized. ATM, Restaurantsand Groceries were unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the crisis the shopping center l, which once was one of the biggest, is now almost desert as the majority of the shops have closed down. The only real shop left is Uniero, optimal if you are looking for anything related to electronics and technology.
