Le stanze, apparentemente belle, sono sporche e i pazienti rimangono per ore, dopo i bisogni fisiologici, sporchi nonostante si chieda di intervenire. Non fanno le terapie e lasciano i malati allettati e in stato di abbandono. Sconsigliatissimo!!! Non portate i vostri cari se non volete farli soffrire meglio tenerli a casa o portarli in ospedale. In caso di necessità i medici non intervengono prontamente. La definirei la CLINICA DEGLI ORRORI Bad experience, nightmare place, not all the staff is up to manage the sick. F	Francesco V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza finora assolutamente negativa. Ho mia madre che sta morendo per un tumore e tramite l'Asp è stata richiesta l'assistenza domiciliare. Tralasciando la burocrazia e l'inettitudine, in dieci giorni si è presentato solo un infermiere del Centro Clinico San Vitaliano: la prima volta per avviare la pratica (importante perché serve per avere i rimborsi dalla Regione e dallo Stato) e la seconda volta x dare informazioni. Non ci è mai stato dato un piano terapeutico, farmaci, un programma che seguiranno, tutto è lasciato al caso, o meglio ai comodi di infermieri e dottori che dovrebbero darti una mano in momenti abbastanza delicati. Addirittura sabato ho telefonato al San Vitaliano per un'emergenza, mi ha risposto un operatore dicendomi che non potevo parlare con un referente, una persona di reperibilità, ma dovevo richiamare lunedì, perché c'era il weekend di mezzo. Consigliatomi da un amico allora chiamai il centro San Vitaliano e mi hanno fissato l appuntamento il giorno dopo. Personale davvero gentile e preparato pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Le apparecchiature di ultima generazione e poi il prezzo ridotto rispetto a tutte le altre strutture presenti nella città. Il referto? In meno di 24 ore.. Incredibile!!!!! Complimenti davvero finalmente una struttura ad alti livelli a Catanzaro. Consigliatissimo.... Ho pagato una consulenza privata, ma il medico è stato puntuale solo il giorno dell’incasso del suo onorario, poi è letteralmente sparito. Il farmaco prescritto ha causato problemi, comunicati via email che non hanno mai avuto riscontro. Al telefono dopo decidene di telefonate, quando si degnava di rispondere, inviata a chiamare in altro momento( non definito) per poi sparire. Bad experience in the field of palliative care. Io purtroppo non ho letto perché presa dalla situazione di mio padre e fiduciosa che fosse una buona clinica di riabilitazione ( non essendoci altro) mi sono affidata a loro. Non ho lasciato mai mio padre solo, giorno e notte sono stata al suo fianco con gli altri miei familiari e tutti abbiamo visto solo sporcizia, noncuranza , mancato rispetto delle terapie e soprattutto la desolazione di sabato e domenica. Eravamo completamente soli! Ho dovuto cambiare io mio padre per non farlo rimanere sporco per ore , nonostante avessi chiamato ripetutamente il personale. Nei momenti di bisogno i medici non erano capaci di intervenire e mi chiedevano come fare, quale antidolorifico dare, come se io fossi un medico. Il fatto risale a due anni fa ma io non dimentico! Dopo 10 giorno ho pagato un'ambulanza privata per portarlo in ospedale dove me l'hanno trovato con valori bassissimi e hanno fatto il possibile per riprenderlo. Esperienza terrificante!!! E soprattutto I medici che sono professionali nella loro umilta'. Inoltre anche gli educatori e gli psicologi cercano di rendere piu' serena la convalescenza di noi pazienti. Questa e' stata la.mia esperienza molto positiva nel reparto di riabilitazione. The structure is a big family, from the oss, to the nurses and physiotherapists who carefully follow us patients.
