Dopo aver preso un giorno libero a lavoro, il giorno stesso dell'intervento quando oramai il tecnico era in ritardo di circa mezz'ora mi sono visto spostare l'appuntamento di 1 ora e mezzo.La segretaria al telefono asseriva che mi era stato inviato un sms su un numero Telefonico che non utilizzo da tempo per il quale avevo già comunicato la variazione. A seguito di un sollecito affinché il ritardo non si protraesse ulteriormente (visto il disagio arrecato) non ho visto partecipazione ne tantomeno ho ricevuto scuse di alcun tipo. Pessima Technical staff prepared friendly and helpful, too bad for the secretariat not up to par (Appointment times moved without making sure that the customer has received the communications). After taking a day off at work, on the same day of the surgery when the technician was now about half an hour late, I had the appointment shifted by 1 hour and a half. The secretary on the phone asserted that it had been sent to me a text message on a telephone number that I have not used for some time for which I had already communicated the change. Following a reminder so that the delay would not continue further (given the inconvenience caused) I did not see participation nor did I receive any apologies of any kind. Bad
E	Elena tame' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesi fa mi è stata fatta una pulizia inutile in quanto accendendo il condizionatore l'aria non si raffreddava. Li ho richiamati, hanno controllato la macchina dicendo che c'era una fuga e che sarebbe servito fare una prova immettendo il gas (scusate, non sono pratica dei termini tecnici) per trovare la suddetta fuga. (a pagamento ovviamente). Bene, ho contattato un'altra azienda che facendo un ulteriore controllo mi hanno riferito che non c'era nessuna fuga ma semplicemente un tubo non era collegato bene. Months ago I was done an unnecessary cleaning as turning on the air conditioner did not cool down. I called them back, they checked the car saying that there was a leak and that it would be useful to do a test by putting in the gas (sorry, I'm not familiar with the technical terms) to find the aforementioned leak. (for a fee of course). Well, I contacted another company who made a further check and told me that there was no leak but simply a pipe was not connected well.
