Excellent quality, friendly and helpful staff. I feel comfortable leaving my puppy because I know he is in good hands and can play with other dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati bene, abbiamo apprezzato la comunicazione, la pulizia e la disponibilità. I cani hanno aree verdi a disposizione di massimo due-tre animali. Hanno seguito le nostre regole per la somministrazione del cibo. Prezzo un po' altino ma se si tratta di qualche volta va bene. Straconsigliato ?
We enjoyed it, we appreciated the communication, cleanliness and availability. Dogs have green areas available for a maximum of two to three animals. They followed our rules for feeding food. Price a bit high but if it comes to sometime it's fine. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato il nostro gatto Bobo nel post-operatorio e le ragazze si sono prese cura di loro con amore, dandogli la terapia ed anche omogeneizzati di carne ❤
Addirittura lo hanno portato dal veterinario per fargli togliere i punti.
È tornato in forma ed adesso è libero di fare le sue amate passeggiate
Un grande ringraziamento a tutte ed in particolare a Francesca ❤
We brought our cat Bobo to the post-operative and the girls took care of them with love, giving him the therapy and even homogenized meat ❤
They even took him to the vet to have his stitches removed.
He is back in shape and is now free to take his beloved walks

Lasciarlo a queste persone vuol dire mettete nelle loro mani un pezzo di te e non me ne sono mai pentito.
Professionali e simpatiche le ragazze che ci lavorano.
Every year for the holidays I leave the dog in this structure. Every year my dog always comes back willingly.
Leaving it to these people means putting a piece of you in their hands and I have never regretted it.
The girls who work there are professional and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website clearly states it is open 24 hrs, however we found that not to be the case. We wanted to drop off and collect at around 1.30 and were told they closed at 12.00 am, after that the kennel is completely unattended. We were very shocked to hear this and, although our cat was well looked after we were shocked that if any of the animals wbecame unwell that they would be left until the following day.This is inconvenient for the customers who leave their pets to go on holiday, possibly catching a flight from Pisa or Rome or a train from Grosseto....it is just not always possible to drop off / collect before 12.00....the re should be someone in attendance at least for 12 hours during rhe day if not the 24 as stated on the website. Additionally we were charged an extra €20 for wanting to collect at 1.30...absolutely brilliant customer service....not!!!!
