I was amazed by the staff
Mr Matthew and a sri Lankan staff/pal (sorry I forgot his name) working there were of great help
I bought the most awesome guitar I adored n they help me find it
They both were very welcoming and open to any questions asked
I found the right guitar for me
For me it was the best guitar store ever visited
The ambience was awesome
The staff was helpful
There is all the variety your need
I was very glad I entered into this store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a guitar online from Centro Chitarre. Christiano was very helpful in giving me a detailled description before I decided to buy it. Centro Chitarre shipped the guitar right after the payment. As it happened it still wasn't the right instrument unfortunately. The neck and frets didn't feel right. That just happens and is nobody's fault. Centro Chitarre and Christiano dealt with the return process in a very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful way. My money was back on my account as soon as the guitar was back at their shop in Italy. It's in those situations that a truely great seller shows. Thank you!

The shipping was quick and the guitar came super protected.

Unfortunately, the case was damaged on the way. I reported the issue to them and they made sure I received a new case within a couple of days. Very professional store with great service. Would definitely buy there again! Thank you!
