Posto in P.zza Della Rocca se si è fortunati un posto veloce per l'auto si trova altrimenti a pagamento. Cordiali e disponibili. Prezzi un pò alti vista la concorrenza. Da provare e consigliare!!
A good center for duplication and assistance in Viterbo, probably the biggest, supplied and professionally. Set in Piazza Della Rocca if you are lucky a fast place for the car is otherwise a fee. Kind and available. Prices a bit high given the competition. Try and recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta Chiavi non funzionanti, due chiavi portate pagate di un trattorino (molto semplici). Seconda volta 20 minuti di attesa per una chiavetta di un portone di un condominio di cui hanno l’esclusiva: ci sono venuto da Roma, perché a Roma mi hanno detto che solo chi ha l’esclusiva di vendita può duplicarle!!! Ma è mai possibile? Comunque Non me l’hanno duplicata perché avrei dovuto attendere altri 30 minuti. In negozio erano presenti solo due clienti serviti intorno ai 50 anni. Cordialità e gentilezza, nemmeno a parlarne. Mi auguro che ci sia più concorrenza, anche cinese o Amazon e questi cambino attività.
First time Keys not working, two paid keys of a small tractor (very simple). Second time 20 minutes of waiting for a key in a door of a condominium of which they have the exclusivity: I came from Rome, because in Rome they told me that only those who have the exclusive right to sell can duplicate them !!! But is that ever possible? However, they didn't duplicate it because I would have had to wait another 30 minutes. In the shop there were only two customers served in their 50s. Friendliness and kindness, not even to talk about it. I hope there is more competition, even Chinese or Amazon, and they change business.
