Alla mia domanda sul perchè non mi avessero richiamata per prendere l’appuntamento o perchè non mi rispondessero alle mail la risposta è stata “eh abbiamo molto da fare”: se io avessi dato una risposta del genere a un cliente sarei stata licenziata istantaneamente. Per di più ci hanno fatto fare 1h di macchina per vedere un appartamento e non si sono presentati, dicendo di averci chiamati (cosa che a noi non risulta), mentre noi appena arrivati chiamavamo ma risultava occupato ovunque ufficio e cellulare, per di più quando finalmente ci richiamano ci fanno la ramanzina per aver fatto 5 minuti tardi(DOPO UN ORA DI STRADA SOTTOLINEO).
Terrifying experience, nothing like this ever happened. Very disorganized. To my question about why they didn't call me back to make the appointment or why they didn't reply to my emails, the answer was "eh we have a lot to do": if I had given such an answer to a customer I would have been fired instantly. In addition, they made us drive for an hour to see an apartment and did not show up, saying they called us (which we do not know), while we just arrived called but the office and mobile phone were busy everywhere, moreover when finally they call us back they lecture us for having done 5 minutes late (AFTER ONE HOUR ON THE ROAD).
