Abbiamo avuto in cura un nostro caro, parlare con un responsabile per avere aggiornamenti era pressoché impossibile, quando si prendeva un appuntamento era quasi sempre disatteso. Siamo rimasti settimane senza alcuna notizia. Completamente incapaci di trasmettere degli esiti degli esami agli ospedali di competenza, siamo dovuti andarli a prendere e trasferirli di persona. Quando ci hanno comunicato la loro incapacità di curare il nostro parente causa malattia sopraggiunta, oltre a far passare una lasso di tempo ingiustificabile nell’avvisarci, ci hanno lasciato totalmente in mano il trasferimento presso l’ospedale di pertinenza, senza minimamente interessarsene. Confrontatevi con i famigliari dei pazienti, quelli già passati e quelli presenti perché solo loro riescono senza tanti giri di parole, ad illustrare la vera realtà!!! La nostra esperienza ci porta a dire che la realtà non corrisponde alla carta.... Sia dal punto di vista umano e professionale! Un plauso va comunque agli infermieri del terzo piano che nonostante l'insufficiente numerica di personale riescono a prestare quelle che si chiamano amorevoli cure a pazienti in particolari difficoltà fisica motoria e celebrale! È solo peggiorato e reperire informazioni esaustive era impossibile. Nessuno ha messo un minimo di umanità, una freddezza che mai riuscirò a dimenticare. Ora papà non c'è più ma spero che non abbia nessun ricordo di quei tre mesi. E non rispondete di contattare la direzione medica come fate di solito perché di certo mio.padre e la nostra sofferenza non potranno ridarli indietro. E bon perché poi il mio papà è finito. Ma perché non ho trovato e sentito rispetto per gli ammalati e per i familiari . Umanità??? Ma dove? Una sola persona è stata sempre gentile con me. Stefano il caporeparto del.terzo piano. Poi basta. Si fingono buonisti ma non hanno cuore . Se volete posso fare nomi e posso raccontare aneddoti. Quella sarebbea sanità del Nord. Solo perché ti fanno il giro 3 volte al giorno e ti danno la.terapia. e poi ??? Devi parlare cn i dottori ? E come si fa Ti devi prenotare ?? Anche se fai 1000 km . Ma per favore. Al terzo piano non ne parliamo proprio. Una dottoressa folle . Folle. Piu volte segnalato e lamentata. Le Oss e vabbe quelle brave erano ...ma dove erano. E gli infermieri. Beh. Forse 3 su tutta l'equipe. Ero costantemente a controllare mio padre. Quando potevo esserci. E quando nn c ero mi chiedo che succedeva. Non ho mai visto tanta disumanità freddezza poco professionalità uscire senza una cura il loro intento è di prendere solo 180 euro e spedirti per di più senza neanche lasciarti andare al bagno essendo in zona gialla che chiunque ti lascia andare al bagno nei giorni di zona gialla lo sconsiglio questo centro questo è essere ladri autorizzati a cui farò contro. Io 180 euro non li guadagno in 20 minuti mi sono dovuta fare il mazzo per metterli da parte non finisce qui. d	davide marescotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato ricoverato 1 mese in seguito a ictus ischemico.. ritengo innanzitutto doveroso smentire recisamente le recensioni negative che purtroppo ho letto il centro e' una vera eccellenzaorganizzata e gestita in modo impeccabile dal dott. de tanti tutto il personale nessuno escluso brilla per disponibilita'umanita' e competenza tutti professionisti che fanno del loro lavoro una vera missione per aiutare persone molto sofferenti e bisognose . mi ritengo un privilegiato per avere avuto accesso al centro e non posso che ringraziare di cuore tutti i medici terapisti .infermieriGRAZIE GRA GRAZIECONTINUATE COSI' I was hospitalized 1 month after an ischemic stroke .. K	Kiara Molteni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un plauso ai fisioterapisti,alla caposala e ad ALCUNI Oss.Tutt'altra recensione andrebbe fatta per infermieri , dottoresse e assitente sociale che fa l'interesse del centro e non dei malati! La struttura è grande ed attrezzata ma il personale è poco considerata la gravità degli ospiti.Infatti,le stesse Oss (quelle che sono dotate di umanità necessaria in un luogo del genere)si lamentavano con noi parenti degli orari e dello stipendio. Durante il ricovero del mio caro,abbiamo assistito anche ad uno sciopero del personale,giorno in cui un reparto di 20 persone con gravi lesioni cerebrali veniva affidato ad un solo operatore Oss e un infermiere (menomale che noi parenti eravamo li,ma gli altri poverini?). Senza parlare poi del fatto che tutti giravano con cellulari in mano durante gli orari di lavoro!Se l'avessi fatto io sul mio posto di lavoro mi avrebbero licenziato in tronco e io vendevo scarpe non avevo a che fare con persone non autosufficienti eh! A praise to the physiotherapists, to the head nurse and to ALCUNI Oss.Tutt'altra review should be made for nurses, doctors and social worker who is the interest of the center and not the sick! The structure is large and well-equipped but the staff is little considered the gravity of the guests. In fact, the same Oss (those that are endowed with humanity needed in a place like this) complained to us relatives of the schedules and salary. During the hospitalization of my loved one, we also witnessed a personnel strike, a day when a ward of 20 people with serious brain injuries was entrusted to a single operator Oss and a nurse (luckily we relatives were there, but the other poor people ?). Not to mention the fact that everyone turned with cell phones in their hands during work hours! If I had done it on my job they would have fired me in the trunk and I was selling shoes I didn't have to deal with non self-sufficient people eh!
