Bad experience. I had the wrong banal examinations for 2 times after days. Then obviously repeated in another laboratory with correct outcomes. I will never go again. I await further clarification

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado per ogni mio prelievo e per quelli della mia famiglia. Mai avuto problemi. Molto ben organizzati, ampio parcheggio della chiesa davanti e ben tre bar attorno per poi fare colazione.
I go there for all my withdrawals and for those of my family. Never had any problems. Very well organized, ample parking in front of the church and three bars around for breakfast.

Puoi prenotare dalle 10 alle 12:30 e praticamente ti devi prendere un giorno di ferie per poterlo fare. Ho provato a chiamare una volta e mi hanno lasciato 14 minuti in attesa.. mi sono arresa. Ho richiamato dopo mezz'ora e mi hanno risposto dopo 6 minuti (comunque tanto), ho dovuto richiamare dopo 1 minuto perché era caduta la linea, ora sono a 30 minuti e 49 secondi di attesa...
I don't have many words, also because the professionals are good, but the secretariat .. shameful. You can book from 10 to 12:30 and you basically have to take a day off to do so. I tried to call once and they left me waiting for 14 minutes .. I gave up. I called back after half an hour and they answered after 6 minutes (a long time anyway), I had to call back after 1 minute because the line was dropped, now I'm 30 minutes and 49 seconds waiting ...
