Abbiamo fatto un percorso di coppia e tutto è stato perfetto! Siamo usciti rigenerati e rilassati al 100%. Grande professionalità gentilezza e pulizia! Lo consiglio a tutte le coppie se volete passare un emozionante, intimo e rilassante momento insieme.
 Today we went to this spa for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday.
We did a couple course and everything was perfect! We came out 100% regenerated and relaxed. Great professionalism, kindness and cleanliness! I recommend it to all couples if you want to spend an exciting, intimate and relaxing moment together.

Pessima esperienza e scortesia.
Buono regalo senza data di scadenza, si sono rifiutate di prenotarmi, sostenendo che il buono non era utilizzabile nè rimborsabile in quanto è passato troppo tempo! Peccato che sul buono regalo, ripeto, non vi era indicata alcuna data di scadenza!
Mi sono scusata e ho provato a spiegare le mie intenzioni, sottolineando che avevo proprio fatto conto sul fatto che il buono era stato venduto SENZA SCADENZA, e che comunque il centro non era proprio sotto casa, in quanto, per me, dall'altra parte della città. Ho anche riconosciuto di aver atteso forse per un periodo insolitamente più lungo dell'anno, ma l'ho fatto sentendomi autorizzata e che non vedevo il problema di riconoscermi comunque il valore effettivamente esborsato dai miei amici e/o comunque fare un gesto elegante, rinnovando il buono indicando una scadenza o più semplicemente, permettermi di usufruirne!
Anche perchè comunque i soldi, li hanno presi!!! Alla larga e pessima figura!

Bad experience and rudeness.
Gift voucher with no expiration date, they refused to book me, claiming that the voucher was not usable or refundable as it was too long! Too bad that on the gift certificate, I repeat, there was no expiration date!
I apologized and tried to explain my intentions, pointing out that I had really counted on the fact that the voucher had been sold WITHOUT EXPIRY, and that in any case the center was not really close to the house, as, for me, on the other side of the city. I also acknowledged that I had waited perhaps for an unusually longer period of the year, but I did it feeling authorized and that I did not see the problem of recognizing the value actually paid out by my friends and / or in any case making an elegant gesture, renewing the voucher indicating an expiry date or more simply, allowing me to use it!
Also because, in any case, they took the money !!! Away and a bad figure!

Ci siamo fatte coccolare dalle mani di due strepitose professioniste che ci hanno "regalato" benessere e relax. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere a breve.

Hydromassage and couple massage with a friend. Very nice, welcoming and clean environment. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. We let ourselves be pampered by the hands of two amazing professionals who "gave us" well-being and relaxation. Experience absolutely to be repeated soon.
