Dopo quarantena è diventato troppo caro. .....mi sembra eccessivo soprattutto in questo periodo spendere 70 euro per un cane di piccola taglia . Non è stato fatto niente di diverso rispetto a prima. Quando sono tornata a prenderlo mi è stato detto dal receptionist in modo abbastanza scortese che "il cane è ingestibile", dopo la signora che l'ha toelettato mi ha detto di aver avuto delle difficoltà perché purtroppo il piccolo si è agitato e spaventato molto, tanto che si è fatto la cacca addosso per ben tre volte..... Invece di chiamarmi non appena il cane ha mostrato segni di disagio hanno pensato bene di andare avanti fino a spingerlo a questi limiti. Professionalità zero. Personale gentile e professionale: i miei cani sono felici di entrare ogni volta che li porto qui. Parcheggio privato davanti l'ingresso: cosa da 6 stelle, zero rischi a scendere il cane dall'auto. Costo medio (40 € per lavaggio e toilettatura di un cane di taglia media) ma il risultato finale e il trattamento che ricevono i cani e molto sopra la media. Situato in zona centrale, facilissimo da raggiungere, ampio parcheggio sulla piazza che fronteggia il locale, ma anche parcheggio privato se si necessita di scendere i vostri animali vicino all’ingresso. Prodotti ottimi, pelo stupendo e profumato, da Expo ! Wonderful! Beautiful place, super professional staff, kind, very affectionate with the Pelosi. Located in the central area, very easy to reach, ample parking on the square in front of the venue, but also private parking if you need to drop off your pets near the entrance. Excellent products, beautiful and fragrant fur, from Expo!
G	Gigi Manfredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un cliente da 2 anni, mai avuto un problema, mia moglie la scorsa settimana ha ripreso il cane ma non era stato tagliato come sempre da Danila e mi é stato riferito che sia stato fatto da una ragazza nuova perché Danila era impegnata con altri cani; sembrava rasato a macchinetta come si rasano i militari il primo giorno di Naja. Con quello che fanno pagare i cani non ci tornerò più. Sconsigliato. I have been a customer for 2 years, never had a problem, my wife took back the dog last week but it was not cut as always by Danila and I was told that it was done by a new girl because Danila was busy with other dogs ; he looked like a machine shaved like soldiers do on Naja's first day. I won't go back with what dogs charge. Not recommended.
