★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cablaggio autoradio sbagliato: una cassa posteriore non andava (connesso filo sbagliato) e il balance invertito. Ho acquistato una autoradio kenwood e, dopo avene chiesto la riparazione in garanzia, mi è tornata una JVC...
Aggiorno: non ho mai detto che i problemi dell'autoradio siano dovuti al cablaggio, ma solo di aver pagato per un cablaggio non pefetto (e bastava verificare). Per quanto riguarda la garanzia, le confermo di non poterle lasciare l'auto 2 giorni per un problema facilmente verificabile e (indubbiamente) dovuto esclusivamente dalla radio stessa.
Con l'aiuto di un Suo collega domani vedrò il rappresentante Kenwood e gli chiederò personalmente se è la prassi che kenwood sostituisca autoradio malfunzionanti con delle JVC.
Wrong car radio wiring: a rear speaker was wrong (wrong wire connected) and the balance reversed. I bought a kenwood car stereo and, after asking for warranty repair, I got a JVC back ...
Update: I never said that the car radio problems are due to the wiring, but only that I paid for a bad wiring (and it was enough to check). As for the warranty, I confirm that I will not be able to leave the car for 2 days due to an easily verifiable problem and (undoubtedly) due exclusively to the radio itself.
With the help of a colleague of yours I will see the Kenwood representative tomorrow and ask him personally if it is common practice for Kenwood to replace malfunctioning car radios with JVCs.
