The staff at the property is friendly and helpful. I had a great time with the orthopedist Alessandro Ortolani, she was professional, clear and very punctual. I also appreciated how easy it was to find parking.

Tutti i membri dello staff sono sempre stati cordiali, disponibili e soprattutto estremamente competenti. Un ringraziamento speciale inoltre a Paolo, che seguendomi settimanalmente mi sta permettendo di ottenere attraverso la costanza e l’impegno risultati che da solo probabilmente non sarei stato in grado di ottenere. Consigliatissimo.
I have been attending the Active Center for several months and I immediately felt perfectly at ease. All staff members have always been friendly, helpful and above all extremely knowledgeable. A special thanks also to Paolo, who by following me on a weekly basis is allowing me to obtain results through constancy and commitment that I probably would not have been able to achieve by myself. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recata alle 08.30 per fare un prelievo, ho chiesto le tempistiche, xche' alle 09.30 dovevo essere al lavoro, ma non mi hanno saputo dare una risposta.
Mi siedo dopo 10 minuti abbondanti esce un paziente, io ne avevo uno davanti, che a sua volta e' entrato, saranno state le 8.50 e alle 09.15 non era ancora uscito,dopo 45 MINUTI di attesa mi alzo saluto e vado via.
In tutto questo le due ragazze che erano alla postazione mi hanno Semplicemente salutata, senza chiedere come mai.
In un centro, se cosi si può' chiamare, avrebbero dovuto chiedere spiegazioni, cosi non e' stato.Sicuramente non mi vedranno mai più e non lo consigliero' a nessuno.
Si fa prima a fare gli esami all'ASL,che e' tutto un dire.

Mi sono trovato molto bene con le receptionist, pazienti verso le mie esigenze e super efficienti nel trovare una soluzione.
Un particolare Grazie va alla dottoressa osteopata Silayan Erfe Delayon ed alla psicologa Marica Vignozzi, la loro terapia sinergica è formidabile! Mi sono recato anche per fare un esame del sangue di controllo. Infermiera gentilissima e bravissima.
