Il mio pacco Γ¨ arrivato aperto senza contenuto, e l'azienda dopo 4 mesi non Γ¨ ancora riuscita a rimborsarmi nonostante abbia pagato un assicurazione di 500 euro sul contenuto del pacco.
Company not serious because in case of problems it does not assist you in any way, they answer by phone but do not give any kind of solution.

β β β β β ZANDAL Γ UN MITO, se volete far girare di brutto killzone sulla vostra ps3 andate da lui, dalla ps1 alla ps4 sempre andato da lui che mi ha sempre fatto andare a tutta birra la play.
Poi anche tutte le wii che avevo lui le ha sempre potenziate (penso con lagniello) , risolto anche tutti i problemi di tipo skoppiettio audio, odore di chip o di skeda fulminata.
Diciamo che zandal Γ© come un mito una garanzia il numero uno di questo settore.

Dispiace per Stefano che e una persona che conosco e sa fare bene il suo mestiere ma questa volta non ci siamo proprio.
Portato una TV led 40' il giorno il 11/03/2021.
Con problematiche di retroilluminazione ( lampade led fulmunate) .
Poi 3 giorni chiamo io per sapere se ha avuto modo di almeno vedere il problema del televisore, niente la tv ferma ancora.
Risposta, loro vanno in fila , anche per diagnosticare e fare un preventivo sulla riparazione !!!!!!
Dopo altri 3 giorni richiamo ed ancora niente. Nessun preventivo.
Esattamente 8 giorni dopo vado di persona a parlare con un responsabile per almeno sapere se ha avuto modo almeno di guardarci. Al laboratorio c'Γ¨ una ragazza impreparata che non mi ha dato nemmeno il modo di parlare con un tecnico. Dicendo che dal laboratorio non ricevono nessuno.
Se avrei voluto che la tv fosse riparata in modo veloce avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento !!!( erano passati 8 gg e neanche una diagnostica del problema era stata fatta)
Soluzione mi sono ripreso il televisore e l'ho portato da un altro( Tempo 2 gg fatta diagnostica e avviata procedura di ripatazione).
I miei soldi valgono come tutti gli altri e le persone vanno rispettate e informate !!!

Sorry for Stefano who is a person I know and knows how to do his job well but this time we are not really there.
Brought a 40 'led TV on 11/03/2021.
With backlighting problems (fulmunate led lamps).
Then 3 days I call to find out if he has had the opportunity to at least see the TV problem, nothing stops yet.
Answer, they go in line, even to diagnose and make a quote on the repair !!!!!!
After another 3 days I recall and still nothing. No quote.
Exactly 8 days later I go in person to speak with a manager to at least find out if he has had the opportunity at least to look at us. At the lab there is an unprepared girl who hasn't even given me a way to talk to a technician. Saying they don't get anyone from the lab.
If I wanted the TV to be repaired quickly I would have to pay a supplement !!! (8 days had passed and not even a diagnosis of the problem had been made)
Solution I took the TV back and took it to another (Time 2 days made the diagnostics and started the repair procedure).
My money is worth like everyone else and people must be respected and informed !!!

β β β β β Dei veri e propri imbroglioni.Mesi e mesi per rispondere e controllare i telefoni,vergognosi davvero.Ti allettano col prezzo per riparazione cellulare basso.Si fanno spedire i telefoni e poi senza metterti nulla per iscritto ti chiedono il doppio.Dopo le proteste imbrogliano ancora dicendo che hanno sostituito altro,falso!Inoltre sono anche maleducati e irriverenti,si tengono i telefoni se non sei daccordo a pagare il doppio,adducendo un tuo avallo che non risulta con nulla di scritto da nessuna parte...e ti prendono pure in giro dicendoti,grazie per i telefoni ne faremo buon uso! Pazzesco valuteremo con lo studio legale una bella citazione per questo lestofante..e vedremo se non la smetteranno di prendere in giro la gente e quanto si pentiranno di quello che hanno fatto quando riceveranni gli eventuali accertamenti.Statene davvero alla larga.

β β β β β Non portate a riparare le vostre console, vi dirΓ che farΓ un reballing professionale della GPU/CPU con tanto di annunci, poi dopo qualche giorno vi ricontatta dicendo che la console non Γ¨ piΓΉ riparabile ovviamente a zero spese, stranamente sul sito eBay Γ¨ pieno di lettori blue ray per console funzionantiβ¦. Quindi vengono rivenduti i pezzi funzionanti e non viene effettuata nessuna riparazione, almeno nel mio caso. (PS3 60gb)portata circa 3 anni fa.
Pessima esperienza.
