★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to receive help from about the heating equipment they installed some months earlier but to my disappointment, he just decided to cut off the call citing the fact that he had no time to hang on to continue with the explanation I direly needed to effect the heating process. He hunged up! Very bad! I waited in my cold house for 10hrs to receive help from an acquaintance.
