After countless interventions they have not been able to fix the washing machine .... having made an appointment through the customer service ... they did not show up. 0 stars !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero, se si potesse dare. Durante un intervento di assistenza è stato montato il pezzo sostitutivo che ha funzionato per un mese e mezzo. Durante l'intervento è stato rotta la candeletta ed il tecnico ha chiesto ulteriori soldi per aggiustarla. E' stato inoltre riposizionato il piano completamente disallineato, ma soprassediamo. Una volta che ho ritrovato la fattura (mea culpa 11 mesi dopo, ma comunque all'interno dell'anno di vita dalla sostituzione) ho fatto notare la serie di problematiche e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare nuovamente l'assistenza. Direi che non ci sono altre parole da aggiungere.
Zero, if it could be given. During a service intervention, the replacement part was assembled which worked for a month and a half. During the intervention, the glow plug was broken and the technician asked for more money to fix it. The completely misaligned plane has also been repositioned, but we postpone it. Once I found the invoice (mea culpa 11 months later, but still within the year of its replacement) I pointed out the series of problems and I was told that I would have to pay for the assistance again. I would say there are no other words to add.
