Un grazie particolare alla Sig.ra Tiziana, dalla cortesia proverbiale e all'addetto all'officina che in pochi minuti ha risolto il problema. Grazie di cuore One can only underline the professionalism and courtesy of the staff of the Palermo office: on 24.08.2017, all the staff went out of their way to solve a problem - which proved fortunately trivial - to the sequential change of my Cayman. Devo precisare però che durante la mia ultima non ho riscontrato la stessa professionalità. Il venditore si presentava con atteggiamento disinteressato, precisando alla mia sollecitazione circa scontistica e piano finanziario, che nulla di più avrebbe potuto offrirmi se non le condizioni che già erano state prospettate, affermando in modo lapidario " se vuole l'auto o cosi oppure può anche andare". Tanto è bastato per determinarmi ad rivolgermi ad acquistare la stessa auto presso ad analoga concessionaria di Milano. it is not the first time that I go to this dealership and I have always found highly qualified sellers.
