A little too cumbersome in giving answers for an intervention on several problems they asked for a paid visit on each intervention which is very strange.

Dopo mesi di attesa e diversi "scarica barile" mi sono ritrovata senza nulla di fatto.
Ho cercato su Google e ho trovato questo centro assistenza HP UFFICIALE. Il tecnico che vi lavora si chiama Francesco, una persona competente, professionale e simpatica.
In pochi giorni ha provveduto a reperire la batteria originale e in soli 15 minuti l'ha montata sul mio computer.
È diventato il mio nuovo punto di riferimento data l'esperienza estremamente positiva.
Before getting to know this service center, I always contacted another technician who has been following the family computer for some time, thinking of receiving assistance for my HP PC for a battery change as well.
After months of waiting and several "barrel dumps" I found myself with nothing done.
I searched Google and found this OFFICIAL HP help center. The technician who works there is called Francesco, a competent, professional and nice person.
In a few days he proceeded to find the original battery and in just 15 minutes he mounted it on my computer.
It has become my new point of reference given the extremely positive experience.
