★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein ganz ein süßer Laden mit wahnsinnig überraschend großen Sortiment. Man findet eigentlich dort alles was man so braucht. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr lebenswerte hilfsbereite ältere Herrschaften.
A very cute shop with an incredibly surprisingly large assortment. You can actually find everything you need there. The two owners are very livable, helpful older people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe gestern dort eine deutsche Kaffeemaschine gekauft, für 47,50 Euro. Diese musste ich leider zurück geben da die wasserpumpe defekt war und sie Lärm wie ein Chopper gemacht hat. Die nette Dame meinte Geld kann sie nicht zurück geben weil in Italien nicht üblich, ich solle mir bitte etwas anderes für den Wert aussuchen?nach großem Hin und her gings dann doch. Heute sagte ich meinem Vermieter Bescheid, dass unsere kaputt sei(glaskanne zerbrochen). Er fuhr ins Centro und kam mit genau derselben Kaffeemaschine zurück. Sprich es werden dort nicht nur defekte Geräte nicht zurück genommen(nur unter Stress) , sondern es wird ohne zu testen der nächste Kunde veralbert, indem man ihm die defekte Maschine verkauft. Des ist nicht nur unverschämt, sondern auch noch wissentliches verschweigen eines Mangels. Viel spass mit dem Laden. Letzte mal da gekauft. Corona hat so viele Läden dahingerafft und der hat echt überlebt ?
I bought a German coffee machine there yesterday for 47.50 euros. Unfortunately I had to give it back because the water pump was defective and it made noise like a chopper. The nice lady said she cannot give money back because it is not common in Italy that I should please choose something else for the value after a lot of back and forth we went after all. Today I told my landlord that ours was broken (glass jug broken). He drove to the Centro and came back with the exact same coffee machine. In other words, not only are defective devices not taken back (only under stress), but the next customer is ridiculed without testing by selling him the defective machine. This is not only outrageous, but also knowingly hiding a defect. Have fun with the store. Bought there last time. Corona killed so many stores and it really survived ?
