La proprietaria molto maleducata non ci ha consentito di usare i buoni. Sapevamo che erano scaduti, ma avendo PAGATO non penso sarebbe stato così grave farci usufruire del servizio...

The very rude owner did not allow us to use the coupons. We knew they were overdue, but having PAID I do not think it would be so bad let us use the service ...
