E per aver mangiato in quattro persone: 2 risotti, una pizza, tagliatelle al salmone, due strudel, una bottiglia di acqua grande e 2 caffè abbiamo speso 54 euro. It is a good restaurant especially in terms of quality and price. The food is very good and the desserts were also very delicious. And for having eaten four people: 2 risottos, a pizza, salmon tagliatelle, two strudels, a large bottle of water and 2 coffees, we spent 54 euros.

Menomale che siamo passati dal Centrale. Una vera macchina del tempo che vi farà tornare ai ristoranti di una volta in cui si mangia bene, si spende poco e se si ha ancora fame si trova sempre il piatto giusto. Ci sono andato per tre sere e mi sento di segnalare la zuppa di gulasch, i canederli in brodo e tutte le varianti della carne salata. Molto gentile anche e sorpattutto con la mia bimba la signora che gestisce la sala. In effetti, si tratta ddi una buona forchetta e qualche capriccio. Luogo adatto , invece, anche per famiglie. Consigliatissimo! When we arrived in Borgo Valsugana, my family and I wanted a Trentino restaurant that would cook the dishes that everyone recognizes as typical of this cuisine. Luckily we went through the Central. A real time machine that will make you go back to the restaurants of the past where you eat well, spend little and if you are still hungry you will always find the right dish. I went there for three evenings and I would like to point out the goulash soup, the dumplings in broth and all the variations of salted meat. The lady who runs the room is also very kind and especially to my daughter. In fact, it's all about a good fork and a few whims. A suitable place, however, also for families. Highly recommended!
