I’ve developed photos at many places, mostly in the US (New York/Los Angeles) and the care that you find here is unmatched to anywhere else I’ve gone. I gave them 25 color rolls (120mm/35mm) and they finished them in 24 hours. They also printed two of the rolls, free of charge, on 4x5 glossy photos for me to keep so I can really have a look at how they did since I told them it was my first time developing with them. The professionalism and quality is definitely there after seeing the prints they gave me and the rest of the images they uploaded on my thumb drive. The best part is that they actually look at your negatives because they care so much. The lady at the front (don’t remember her name) and Orazio, the guy who works in the lab, both brought to my attention that I’m missing a frame and my camera should be getting 15 shots instead of 14. Orazio figured out the problem, it was the way I was loading the film and he even let me shoot an expired roll he had so I can test it. He developed the expired roll free of charge for me and called me back with the results. Incredible experience!!!
