Comfortable apartment located near the beach of Alcamo Marina, well ventilated and equipped with all comforts. Danilo is an attentive and caring host; his advice on what to visit and where to eat is precious.

Purtroppo la manutenzione e’ piuttosto carente: -la rubinetteria della cucina rotta (fatta sistemare un paio di giorni dopo il nostro arrivo). -gli infissi datati (sia delle finestre che della porta di ingresso) che in caso di forti temporali non impediscono alla pioggia di allagare parte della casa. -qualche problema dell’impianto idrico: l’ultimo giorno non e' stato possibile utilizzare l'acqua avendo dovuto chiudere il rubinetto centrale in modo da evitare l'allagamento delle tre camere dovuto a perdite che nessuno si e' presentato neanche a visionare. Aspetti positivi: l’appartamento dispone di un comodo balcone dove mangiare, una terrazza molto assolata (dotata di stendibiancheria, lavatrice e lavandino) ed un giardino sospeso curatissimo. Non e’ disponibile una doccia esterna (sulle foto era presente). La spiaggia e’ vicina (circa 500m.): una bella discesa per andare, un'impegnativa salita per tornare permettono di smaltire un po' della meravigliosa cucina siciliana. Qualche parola su Alcamo Marina che offre niente: pochissimi alimentari per lo piu' chiusi dalla seconda settimana di Settembre, nessun centro in cui fare una passeggiata dopo cena. E' un peccato perche' avrebbe tutte le potenzialita' per offrire un piacevole soggiorno. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, maintenance is rather lacking: - the broken kitchen taps (made to fix a couple of days after our arrival). - dated fixtures (both of the windows and of the entrance door) which in case of strong storms do not prevent the rain from flooding part of the house. - some problems with the water system: on the last day it was not possible to use the water having had to close the central tap in order to avoid the flooding of the three rooms due to leaks that no one even showed up to see. Positive aspects: the apartment has a comfortable balcony where to eat, a very sunny terrace (equipped with clothesline, washing machine and sink) and a well-kept hanging garden. An outdoor shower is not available (it was present in the photos). The beach is nearby (about 500m.): A nice descent to go, a challenging climb to return allow you to dispose of some of the wonderful Sicilian cuisine. A few words about Alcamo Marina which offers nothing: very few grocery stores mostly closed from the second week of September, no center in which to take a walk after dinner. It is a shame as it would have all the potential to offer a pleasant stay.
V	Valerio Fiori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Host molto cortese e socievole, ci ha saputo dare delle indicazioni utili riguardo posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Per quanto riguarda la casa abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento primo sole, l'appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito. È presente un balcone vista mare molto suggestivo dove poter fare colazione e mangiare. Per arrivare bisogna passare da una strada un po' stretta e ripida a doppio senso (non so se è possibile arrivare da altre vie, il navigatore ci proponeva sempre quella, comunque più di qualche volta è capitato di avere qualche ingorgo sulla strada, ma è sostenibile). Unica pecca è la mancanza di un condizionatore, abbiamo soggiornato probabilmente nei giorni più caldi dell'anno (dal 10 al 15 agosto) però il caldo, soprattutto i primi giorni, non permetteva di dormire benissimo. Sottolineo che sono comunque presenti 3 ventilatori, uno per stanza, ovviamente molto utili ma che non hanno risolto del tutto il "problema". Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva! As for the house we stayed in the first sun apartment, the apartment is spacious and very clean. There is a very suggestive sea view balcony where you can have breakfast and eat. To get there you have to go through a slightly narrow and steep two-way street (I don't know if it is possible to get there from other routes, the navigator always suggested that one, however more than a few times it happened to have some traffic jam on the road, but it is sustainable). The only flaw is the lack of an air conditioner, we probably stayed on the hottest days of the year (from 10 to 15 August) but the heat, especially the first few days, did not allow us to sleep very well. I emphasize that there are still 3 fans, one per room, obviously very useful but which have not completely solved the "problem". Overall the experience was positive!

L'appartamento Libeccio ha un piccolo terrazzino vista mare, l'interno era abbastanza pulito e in ordine. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere i posti limitrofi più belli. Unico consiglio è quello di curare maggiormente in dettagli (es cose essenziali per bagno e cucina). Bellissima esperienza nel complesso. Danilo is a very kind and helpful person, he recommended many places to see and places to eat fish. The Libeccio apartment has a small terrace overlooking the sea, the interior was quite clean and in order. The location is excellent for reaching the most beautiful neighboring places. The only advice is to take care of more details (eg essential things for bathroom and kitchen). Beautiful experience overall.
