★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato tramite numero verde. Mi avevano dato disponibilità solo per uno dei due richiami previsti ma quando siamo andati ci hanno fatto entrambi senza chiedere nulla. Due medici fantastici ed umani che hanno saputo mettere a proprio agio il bambino (impaurito, ovviamente!)
 Booked via toll-free number. They had given me availability only for one of the two calls made but when we went they did both without asking for anything. Two fantastic doctors and humans who knew how to put the child at ease (afraid, of course!)

The toll-free number answers and they are very kind. The center operators are also kind to them. The premises are a little cramped. Overall more than satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da mezzogiorno che chiamo e sto continuando a farlo, sono arrivata a 27 chiamate consecutive senza ricevere risposta. Dovrei disdire un appuntamento di un vaccino. E' possibile farlo in qualche altro modo? Ma il telefono vi funziona?
I have been calling since noon and I am continuing to do so, I have received 27 consecutive calls without receiving an answer. I should cancel a vaccine appointment. Is it possible to do this in some other way? But does the phone work for you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono 3 giorni chiamo e il telefono è isolato. Le vaccinazioni vengono effetuate senza rilasciare sul certificto vaccinale il tipo di vaccino effettuato. Così facendo se uno è obbligato a farlo in un altra città o regione non sa cosa sia stato inoculato al bambino. Servizio alla carlona anzi all'italiana
I call 3 days and the phone is isolated. The vaccinations are carried out without issuing the type of vaccine carried out on the vaccination certificate. Doing so if one is obliged to do so in another city or region does not know what has been inoculated to the child. Italian style carlona service
