Ho regalato un voucher regalo per tre massaggi di cui la persona non ha potuto usufruire perché già cliente del centro stesso. Il voucher regalo è inteso solo per nuovi clienti che non conoscono il centro. Non sarebbe stato più conveniente accettare la richiesta di un cliente di ritorno e convincerlo a poter comprare più trattamenti trattandolo con professionalità ed empatia? Mi permetto di contestare le scelte della titolare, pur avendo ricevuto relativo rimborso del voucher. Regalerò un trattamento benessere in un centro piú orientato al cliente e con l'intelligenza emotiva da non negare un regalo di compleanno a favore delle proprie (dubbie) strategie di mercato. I gave a gift voucher for three massages that the person could not use because he was already a client of the same center. I allow myself to dispute the choices of the owner, despite having received the relative reimbursement of the voucher. I will give a wellness treatment in a center more customer-oriented and with an emotional intelligence that will not deny a birthday present in favor of one's (dubious) market strategies.

Innanzitutto l'umanità che hanno nel capire le tue difficoltà e il problema che ti affligge e la premurosa attenzione nel poterti dare un aiuto ed un sollievo al più presto possibile io mi rivolgo a loro già x la seconda volta a distanza di tempo x ché soffro di cervicale e mi prende dolore a tutta la schiena perché scarico la tensione nervosa sulle spalle ma loro con professionalita veramente grande e a prezzi credetemi alla portata di tutti ti fanno un massaggio completo alla schiena e anche sul torace davanti le tempistiche sono sedute giuste equilibrate assolutamente da professionisti. Tenete conto che anni fa venni indirizzato da un massaggiatore che x lo stesso problema mi prendeva di più come prezzo mi teneva 20 minuti di numero è mi aveva convinto a fare almeno 10 sedute in un mese! Invece loro non ti dicono nulla quando hai bisogno loro ci sono e io risolvo il mio problema x quasi un anno che dire di altro? Straordinari Grazie a tutto lo staff! Really amazing people! La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incroyable, cela fait énormément plaisir . Josefina masse à merveille et est d'une douceur incroyable également, j'ai hâte de revenir sur San Remo vous voir..... I regularly come to San Remo for a shopping day and I take the opportunity to come to the Centro In Forma. The owner is incredibly kind, it makes a lot of fun.
