★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente, acquistato un regalo e chiesto pacchetto per Natale ma non sono stato accontentato, per di più hanno lasciato l’etichetta con il prezzo all’interno della confezione. Pagato in contanti ho dovuto infine chiedere gentilmente di avere indietro il resto. Imbarazzante.
Poor service, bought a gift and asked for a package for Christmas but I was not satisfied, moreover they left the price tag inside the package. Paid in cash I finally had to politely ask to have the rest back. Embarrassing.

Capi di abbigliamento Donna e Uomo di alta moda. Prezzi alti poiché i grandi marchi sappiamo che costano molto.
Via Jacopo da Ponte è pedonale da molti anni e così, passeggiando davanti alle vetrine di questa boutique io non riesco a non fermarmi per ammirare le sue vetrine. È come una calamita, è più forte di me. Il personale è sempre molto gentile.

High fashion clothing for men and women. High prices because we know that the big brands cost a lot.
Via Jacopo da Ponte has been pedestrian for many years and so, walking in front of the windows of this boutique, I can't stop to admire its windows. It's like a magnet, it's stronger than me. The staff is always very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozio stupendo, peccato per la commessa che mi ha seguito: inesperta sulle cose che le chiedevo, insistente nel vendermi un paio di scarpe. Le ho acquistate solo perché sapevo già cosa volevo, se avesse dovuto convincermi lei non avrei acquistato nulla perché poco convincente e preparata.
A wonderful shop, too bad for the saleswoman who followed me: inexperienced on the things I asked her, insistent on selling me a pair of shoes. I bought them only because I already knew what I wanted, if she had to convince me I would not have bought anything because it was not very convincing and prepared.
