Fin dal momento dell'acquisto ho riscontrato problemi al climatizzatore e al sistema di spegnimento e di riaccensione del veicolo da fermo 'start e stop'.
Ero molto deluso dal servizio di assistenza tecnica ricevuto dalle altre officine Renault, che non hanno mai risolto le problematiche lamentate.
In occasione del mio recente trasferimento a Cento mi sono rivolto alla Cencar.
In realtà sono stati necessari due interventi durati complessivamente alcuni giorni, che però hanno risolto le problematiche (sostituzione del compressore e in toto il sistema 'start e stop)'.
Ho molto apprezzato anche il servizio di riaccompagnamento a casa, dopo aver lasciato l'autovettura in officina.
I have a Renault Clio Gpl purchased in February 2020.
Since the moment of purchase I have encountered problems with the air conditioning and the shutdown and restart system of the vehicle from a standstill 'start and stop'.
I was very disappointed with the technical assistance service received from the other Renault workshops, which never resolved the problems complained of.
On the occasion of my recent move to Cento, I turned to Cencar.
In reality, two interventions were necessary which lasted a few days overall, which however solved the problems (replacement of the compressor and the 'start and stop' system in its entirety).
I also appreciated the return home service, after leaving the car in the workshop.
