L'esperienza in negozio pure, in base al chi trovi in punto vendita.
I vari store manger che si sono susseguiti in passato mi hanno lasciato con amaro in bocca, sia dal modo in cui mi hanno trattato me come cliente sia per il modo con quale hanno trattato i sottoposti in presenza di clienti.
La tenuta di maggior parte di quest'ultimi è lodevole: un sorriso ed un consiglio anche ai tipi indecisi che ogni tanto tornano a curiosare.

The in-store experience as well, based on who you find in the store.
The various store managers that have followed one another in the past have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both in the way they treated me as a customer and in the way they treated subordinates in the presence of customers.
The holding of most of the latter is commendable: a smile and a tip even to the undecided types who occasionally come back to browse.

Being a shop you can not judge the product, the taste varies from person to person (personally I found it very beautiful products at good price!). Note more than positive for the staff! All nice and super helpful!

I was there yesterday with my family with the sole intention of buying a pair of trousers, One particular staff member was having a bad day. I left the store without purchasing anything. Staff need to be re-trained to be customer focussed. If you are not enjoying your job...leave! someone else will.
