Absolutely to be avoided. No professionalism. A parcel ordered for Christmas on December 10th not only did not arrive, but the refund was never made and the people in charge are not on the phone. Scandalous.

Il servizio clienti telefonico, scadente mi comunicato che "casualmente" avevano spedito il pacco dopo la mia chiamata e che, nonostante avessi mandato precedentemente una mail per richiedere il cambio di indirizzo perché a quel punto non ero più a casa, non potevano apportare modifiche. Il risultato è che verrà consegnato dopo Natale, quindi viene vanificato il regalo. Molto poco professionali.
The package was shipped well over 10 days after the order, without any notice by email. The poor telephone customer service informed me that "by chance" they had sent the package after my call and that, although I had previously sent an email to request the change of address because at that point I was no longer at home, they could not make changes. The result is that it will be delivered after Christmas, so the gift is nullified. Very unprofessional.
