Ho chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni e la persona che mi ha risposto a telefono con fare beffeggiante mi ha detto che se non ho capito come funziona è un mio problema, addirittura rideva. So solo che il pagamento del mio ordine è stato elaborato subito mentre la mail di cancellazione è arrivata il giorno dopo facendo sì che io non potessi rimediare. Conosco i loro prodotti e so dell’eccellente qualità, ma il trattamento che mi è stato riservato è davvero pessimo. Quando effettuate un ordine chiamate perché evidentemente non sanno gestire il loro sito. Bad professionalism! Yesterday I placed an order that was canceled exactly one hour after the scheduled delivery time. I called to ask for an explanation and the person who answered the phone mockingly told me that if I didn't understand how it works it's my problem, even laughing. I just know that the payment for my order was processed right away while the cancellation email arrived the next day making sure I couldn't fix it. I know their products and I know of the excellent quality, but the treatment I have been given is really bad. When placing an order you call as they obviously don't know how to manage their site.

Volevo fare colazione con la mia famiglia in questo posto nel quale ero già stata trovando una buona scelta. Mi dispiace ma dopo tanta pubblicità non posso sentirmi dire "siamo svegli dalle 5 30 del mattino".......se poi il banco è vuoto!!!! Magari un po' più di organizzazione ci vorrebbe. Unacceptable at 8.30 on Saturday morning to have an empty counter, no croissants, no sweets, no macarons. I wanted to have breakfast with my family in this place where I had already been finding a good choice. I'm sorry but after so much publicity I can't be told "we are awake from 5.30 in the morning" ....... then if the counter is empty !!!! Maybe a little more organization would be needed.

Tradizione e innovazione dell'arte pasticceria hanno trovato un buon connubio ad un prezzo democratico. Piacevolmente sorpresa I was looking for the Cangiano pastry shop that has occupied that place for years and I found this pretty, very colorful pastry shop and the sweets bought met my expectations. Tradition and innovation of pastry art have found a good combination at a democratic price. Pleasantly surprised

La scelta del barattolo al pistacchio in modo da poter dosare a chi lo gradisce é una bella idea ma purtroppo non sentire aromi riconducibili al pistacchio nell'impasto é stata una vera delusione. Siccome era un regalo ? mi aspettavo di più in questa scelta tanto pubblicizzata su i social I'm sorry to publish this review but I was disappointed by your pistachio panettone, excellent leavening but the dough is dry / dry and above all without aromas of any kind. I dolci sono molto saporiti, ben curati nell'aspetto e si presentano molto bene. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, molto preparato e disposto a suggerire in base ai gusti personali. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità. Offrono anche una discreta quantità di thè e tisane , più cioccolato caldo, caffè, ginseng e altro. Excellent pastry, very varied selection of desserts, even if when I was there there were no ice creams in the shop. Dai vari tipi di cornetti,alle classiche sfogliatelle a quelli elaborati a mo' di piccole opere d'arte... davvero la curiosità trova la sua soddisfazione! Il personale, tutto femminile, segue la sua brillante filosofia di accoglienza e servizio, riuscendo a lasciare contenti i clienti. Bisogna ritornarci perché un po' alla volta tutto va provato! From the various types of croissants, to the classic sfogliatelle to those elaborated as small works of art ... curiosity really finds its satisfaction! The staff, all female, follows its brilliant philosophy of hospitality and service, managing to leave customers happy. We have to go back because a little at a time everything has to be tried!
