I started to put the foot in the first one and he suddenly got mad because I didn't wear it the right way - stretching horizontally the two sides. Now, my previous skiboots, very good ones, from Nordica, are 10 years old and are different. He yelled at me as if I were a student who hasn't studied. Next time I'll buy them in Milan or online.
