Excellent shopping experience for a Nicoletti sofa. We were welcomed on Saturday morning, despite not having an appointment and with the appointment list now full, by Ms Paola, whose professionalism, competence and courtesy we appreciated. Everything has been taken care of in the best possible way until delivery with precision and punctuality far beyond expectations. Thanks to Mrs. Paola, to Mr. Snipers and delivery personnel. SUPER!

Consegna puntuale, acnhe in un periodo difficile com questo, e montaggio fatto con scrupolo, attenzione e pulizia dalla squadra del sig. Renzi, sono stati tutti e tre molto bravi. Grazie ancora ... consigliatissimo. Seconda esperienza altrettanto positiva, ordinata una libreria veneta arrivata nei tempi e montata benissimo e con grande pazienza e disponibilità da parte di una squadra questa volta guidata da Giampiero. COnfermo il mio giudizio .. ci torneremo. What to say, from the beginning treated very well (by the seller Sara) and directed, with professionalism and patience towards the best solution. Punctual delivery, even in a difficult period like this, and assembly done with care, attention and cleanliness by the team of Mr. Renzi, all three were very good. Second experience equally positive, ordered a Venetian bookshop arrived on time and assembled very well and with great patience and availability by a team this time led by Giampiero. Devo dire di essere stata un pochino in ansia data la complessità della cucina montata su dei muri non proprio a piombo, ma grazie alla professionalità e alla tenacia di Nunzio, il montatore più bravo che io abbia mai conosciuto, siamo riusciti ad ottenere o addirittura a migliorare il progetto studiato presso lo store con la Sig.ra Ilaria. Su una cucina abbastanza grande è certamente normale che sia arrivato qualche pezzo con dei piccoli difetti di lavorazione, ma mi è stato assicurato che tutto sarà risolto con il riordino dei pezzi al completamento perfetto della cucina. Un grandissimo ringraziamento và a Nunzio e al suo staff per il grande lavoro svolto. Certamente tornerò a far visita allo store per acquistare altro. I bought my glossy lacquered Oyster kitchen at Cecchini Store in December and it was finally delivered to me in April 2022! I must say that I was a little anxious given the complexity of the kitchen mounted on walls that are not exactly plumb, but thanks to the professionalism and tenacity of Nunzio, the best fitter I have ever known, we were able to obtain or even to improve the project studied at the store with Mrs. Ilaria. On a fairly large kitchen it is certainly normal that some pieces have arrived with small manufacturing defects, but I have been assured that everything will be solved with the rearrangement of the pieces to the perfect completion of the kitchen. A big thank you goes to Nunzio and his staff for the great work they have done. I will certainly return to visit the store to buy more.
