Ho fatto un acquisto di un mobile per il bagno, mi contattano dicendomi che non avrebbero potuto portarmi il mobile a casa (in quanto io ho pagato 50 euro e il servizio prevedeva che la consegna doveva essere fatta al piano) giustificandosi dicendomi che il loro furgone non passava per il paese in cui abito (avranno cercato con Maps). Non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema nelle consegne, son sempre passati camion più grandi ad esempio quelli con la cisterna per il metano. Ho dovuto prendere un giorno di ferie e a carico mio affittare un furgone (che tra l'atro era grande come il loro) e prendermi il mobile da sola in magazzino centrale e perdere una mattinata intera in una cosa che si poteva svolgere in mezz'ora. Se non avete voglia di lavorare cambiate professione e non trovate scuse inutili!
 Terrible! I made a purchase of a bathroom furniture, they contact me telling me that they could not bring the furniture to my home (as I paid 50 euros and the service provided that the delivery had to be made to the floor) justifying themselves by telling me that their van it did not pass through the country where I live (they must have searched with Maps). I have never had any kind of problem in deliveries, larger trucks have always gone by, for example those with a tank for methane. I had to take a day off and at my own expense rent a van (which by the way was as big as theirs) and take the piece of furniture by myself in the central warehouse and lose a whole morning in something that could be done in half an hour . If you don't want to work, change your profession and find no useless excuses!

Office on the left side of the building. Loading took 5 hours. In the evening they are allowed to stay on the ramp at night. Tsmr them. Check-in from a two-lane road.
