Tornare all' approssimarsi della chiusura, fare un'altra mezz'ora di coda prendendo un permesso dal lavoro. Arrivare al bancone della segreteria e sentirsi dire che :"No, non possiamo fare le sue analisi oggi perché abbiamo finito la quota di esenti che ci è consentita. Se vuole le do un appuntamento per domani così non deve rifare la coda". Questo succede ad una paziente che ha l esenzione perché è un'oncologica. E quindi, dopo 2 tentativi, mezz' ora di coda, un permesso dal lavoro usufruito , bisogna tornare. Ma con l'appuntamento! Se questo è un servizio...... Mah???? Ma oggi voglio ringraziare in particolare il dottore/infermiere che mi ha fatto un prelievo ieri mattina, e che è riuscito ad assicurarmi il ritiro del referto nei termini di 24 ore. Un GRAZIE in maiuscolo, questa è la vera medicina che antepone il benessere del paziente a tutto il resto. Hundred modern, fast and well organized analysis. Non si sostituisce o igienizza neanche il panno dove ti appoggi. Veloci a rispondere quando si richiede la prenotazione di un prelievo, e anche nel dare i risultati, compatibilmente con gli esami richiesti. Un consiglio che mi sento di dare: anticipare l'orario dei prelievi di mezz'ora/un'ora, come già fanno altri laboratori, potrebbe migliorare il servizio.
