Ho chiesto un intervento per rumori sospetti di uccelli in un soppalco. Sono venuti dalla cedit per un sopralloguo e hanno terrorizzato l'inquilina descrivendo una situazione apocalittica e complicatissima da risolvere: necessità di ponteggi per chiudere un foro nel muro, necessità di disinfestazione completa della casa e impresa di pulizie indispensabile. Si sono rifiutati di cacciare i piccioni prima che fossero fatti i lavori e hanno anche rotto la chiusura della botola prima di andarsene. Come ciliegina sulla torta hanno mandato un preventivo di 1.800 euro. Per fortuna abbiamo chiesto a un'altra ditta che è venuta subito, ha scacciato i due sparuti piccioni che erano causa del trambusto, ha pulito tutto e accomodato la botola per soli 150 euro. Meditate gente... e evitate la cedit come la peste!
Horrible people, dear and incompetent. To avoid!
I asked for an intervention for suspicious bird sounds in a loft. They came from the cedit for a suprogallation and they terrorized the tenant describing an apocalyptic situation and very complicated to solve: need for scaffolding to close a hole in the wall, need for complete disinfestation of the house and essential cleaning company. They refused to hunt pigeons before the work was done and they even broke the trapdoor lock before leaving. As the icing on the cake, they sent a budget of 1,800 euros. Fortunately, we asked another company that came immediately, drove away the two small pigeons that caused the commotion, cleaned everything and arranged the trap door for only 150 euros. Meditate people ... and avoid cedit like the plague!
