★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiacevole esperienza nella giornata odierna presso la struttura, dove mi sono recata per effettuare un tampone rapido. Faccio riferimento al personale amministrativo, addetto al front office in fase di accettazione e pagamento. Non so se sia dipeso dalla carenza di personale e pertanto del sovraccarico di quello in essere, certo è che disattenzione e scarsità di professionalità incontrate non sono ammissibili, non in una struttura come questa. Comprendo il momento storico e la pressione che stia ricandendo nella realtà di Servizi sanitari e assimilati (parlo da persona consapevole poiché professionista nel settore) ma ritengo che si più facilmente accettare un disservizio che simili atteggiamenti scortesi incontrati e scarsa professionalità. Mi spiace dover scrivere parole così dure ma l'esperienza di oggi è stata per me disdicevole.
Unpleasant experience today at the facility, where I went to do a quick swab. I refer to the administrative staff, in charge of the front office during the acceptance and payment phase. I don't know if it was due to the lack of staff and therefore the overload of the existing one, it is certain that inattention and lack of professionalism encountered are not admissible, not in a structure like this. I understand the historical moment and the pressure that is being put back in the reality of Health Services and similar (I speak as a conscious person as a professional in the sector) but I believe that it is easier to accept a disservice than similar rude attitudes encountered and lack of professionalism. I'm sorry to have to write such harsh words but today's experience was unfortunate for me.
