★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono sembrati subito ok sin dalla presentazione e dalla velocità con la quale hanno redatto il preventivo. La qualità e la professionalità è elevata, per ora hanno mantenuto quanto promesso, il fatto che siano aperti anche ad agosto è eccezionale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claudio Barzaghi ci amministra da ormai vent'anni, lo abbiamo scelto quando aveva da poco iniziato, non era uno studio blasonato ma ci ha dato fiducia, il nostro condominio ha 200 alloggi, ci segue da allora, ci ha risolto con destrezza diversi problemi, ci fidiamo è trasparente condividiamo sempre le scelte, visioniamo assieme i preventivi dei vari lavori. Ormai è uno di famiglia. Uno dei primi amministratori ad avere il sito nel quale condivide tutti i documenti e la contabilità.

Matteo mi ha seguito ed e stato molto attento ai dettagli e ha risposto tempestivamente a ogni mio quesito. Consiglietei CB amminitrazioni e li contatteró sicuramente di nuovo se ne avessi bisogno.
