A piece of a tent had been requested to be replaced but the agreement was not respected. Bad experience not to repeat absolutely.

L	Lorella Farroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi domando e chiedo come si fa a fare un preventivo senza prima fare un sopralluogo ? e proporre modelli tra l'altro scelti da loro e non dal cliente, senza lasciare neanche un depliant o qualcosa di cartaceo tra le mani (con prezzi, modelli, misure, recapiti etc.) giusto per farsi un idea chiara sul da farsi ? Descrizione del prodotto sterile e veloce come se si avesse fretta soltanto di chiudere il discorso e di tornare a fare ciò che si stava facendo. Prezzi a mio parere alti ? I wonder and wonder how you can make a quote without first making an inspection ? and propose models chosen by them and not by the customer, without leaving even a brochure or something paper in your hands (with prices, models , measurements, contact details, etc.) just to get a clear idea of what to do ? Description of the product sterile and fast as if you were in a hurry only to end the discussion and go back to doing what you were doing. High prices in my opinion ?

Non mi è stato fornito neanche un depliant per vedere i vari modelli disponibili, dicendomi che le misure sono tutte "STANDARD" ...e se uno vuole fare una copertura in tenso struttura più grande o più piccola !? Mah...? Però guarda caso si faceva sempre e solo riferimento al modello proposto da loro che tra l'altro era di una bruttezza ineguagliabile. Peccato...guarderò altrove ?
