Tutte le volte che posso permettermelo mi faccio tagliare i capelli da Ivan e questa volta avevo deciso di provare anche il colore. Ovviamente non conosco il listino prezzi a memoria e avevo prenotato tramite Uala il colore a 50€. Mi hanno invece fatto un trattamento di 120€ senza avvisarmi, l’ho scoperto solo una volta arrivata in cassa, ho provato a protestare e la ragazza mi ha semplicemente detto “si ma qui sul listino c’è scritto”. Questo per me è essere disonesti, non tutti possono permettersi di buttare i soldi in questo modo. I am very sorry to write this review but I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of the guys. Every time I can afford it I have Ivan cut my hair and this time I decided to try the color too. Obviously I don't know the price list by heart and I had booked the color for € 50 through Uala. Instead, they treated me for € 120 without telling me, I only found it when I arrived at the cash desk, I tried to protest and the girl simply told me "yes, but here on the list it was written". This for me is being dishonest, not everyone can afford to throw the money this way.

Per me è un po' costoso (piega 30 euro) ma mi hanno lasciato uno sconto 20% da applicare una volta al mese. Carini! Good turnaround, possibility to order from the bar, specify the limits of the service you want (you never know that the price rises between a fluid and a cream). For me it's a bit expensive (fold 30 euros) but they left me a 20% discount to be applied once a month. Cute!

Stessa valutazione per la giovane donna che si è occupata del colore, credo si chiamasse Assunta. Ho lasciato loro carta bianca su cosa fare, raramente sono rimasta più soddisfatta di così. Se vuoi un vero taglio sotto ogni profilo bisogna venire da Ivan, lo dico con cognizione di causa visto che sono 20 che lavoro nella nella bellezza a 360 gradi. Dopo aver tagliato i capelli da lui non puoi più cambiare, ma sopratutto puoi dire addio alle pieghe. Solo 5 stelle perché non ce ne di più! Ivan is the cut !!!! Ho fatto una piega ad onde, durata due giorni, cosa rara per chi ha capelli liscissimi come i miei. Non vedo l’ora di ritornare ? Premetto che sono difficile e avevo timore in quanto ho avuto esperienze negative sui miei capelli però ho spiegato bene quello che volevo ed Ivan è stato bravissimo a capirlo , difatti mi ha fatto delle schiariture sulle punte bellissime, molto naturali . Anche la piega ad onde bellissima e mi è durata parecchi giorni. I ragazzi che lavorano con lui sono tutti bravissimi e gentili! I prodotti poi sono ottimi! Che dire veramente lo stra consiglio!!! I have been in Ivan's salon and I can say that I have finally found a salon with real professionals! I state that I am difficult and I was afraid as I had negative experiences on my hair but I explained well what I wanted and Ivan was very good at understanding it, in fact he made me some beautiful, very natural lightening on the tips. The wave fold was also beautiful and lasted for several days. The guys who work with him are all very good and kind! The products are excellent! What can I say really recommend it !!!
