★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono stato il beneficiario degli interventi di ristrutturazione ma bensì di svariati disagi da essi causati.
Oltre a rispettare raramente l'orario del silenzio hanno causato la caduta di un pezzetto del mio soffitto, facendomi rimanere svariati giorni più del necessario con un palo di sostegno in mezzo al bagno.
Inizialmente il proprietario si è mostrato gentile e disponibile, anche se alla fine ha lasciato i lavori a metà, non mi è stato dato il bianco alla camera soggetto del disagio.
Ho fatto notare loro altre crepe in casa mia e sono state banalizzare e ignorate, così ora mi trovo il soffitto con un'ampia ragnatela cresciuta nell'intonaco.
Non mi sembra un comportamento professionale, per la qualità del lavoro di ristrutturazione posso esprimermi solo NEGATIVAMENTE in quanto ho il soffitto del bagno stuccatto e lasciato lì a metà
