Visitare finalmente una cava di ardesia storica e respirarne tutte le sensazioni incredibili , segni di un lavoro a piccone... marcati sulla pietra antica a testimoniare che l'ardesia da pietra grigia si trasforma in una pietra unica, bellissima e ricercatissima in tutto il mondo . Meravigliose cene al fresco e al ventilato sentore di una campagna circostante intatta e odorosa di profumi e suoni antichi , come il ruscello di acqua limpida , profumo di erba falciata e fieno , o inaspettate lucciole che nella sera rendono magico ogni aspetto . Si entra in una piccola cava che riesce, comunque, a dare l'idea dello sforzo umano: dallo scavo manuale, industriale e contemporaneo. Uno sforzo che evidenzia la fatica e l'ingegno umano. S	Settolino1807 A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo corso un bel rischio perchè ad oggi a Cava Ardè è stato festeggiato solamente un matrimonio: il nostro!!...ma non potevamo fare scelta migliore... Fin da subito la location ci ha affascinato in quanto unica nel suo genere e ricchissima di storia. Nel corso dei mesi ci siamo incontrati con la proprietaria Liliana e il cuoco più volte per organizzare nel dettaglio la giornata, i quali ci hanno lasciato molta libertà anche nella scelta degli addobbi, menu, centratavola etc oltre che dei fornitori (deejay, fioraio). Il tutto ha di gran lunga superato le nostre aspettative, il cibo era ottimo, abbondante e di qualità. La giornata è andata benissimo, ci siamo divertiti moltissimo e le tempistiche sono state perfette. Stupenda la possibilità di fare le foto in cava e la sala attrezzata con le luci e la postazione da dj sfruttabile in caso di pioggia per l'aperitivo a buffet. insomma, non ci pentiamo di nulla, l'attenzione ai dettagli è molto alta e la voglia di fare bene pure. Stracongliato, anche solo per fare un giretto conoscitivo, ne vale la pena! we took a good risk because to date only one wedding has been celebrated in Cava Ardè: ours !! ... but we couldn't have made a better choice ... Right from the start the location fascinated us as it is unique in its kind and very rich in history. Over the months we met with the owner Liliana and the cook several times to organize the day in detail, who left us a lot of freedom also in the choice of decorations, menus, centrepieces etc as well as suppliers (deejay, florist). Everything far exceeded our expectations, the food was excellent, plentiful and of quality. The day went very well, we had a great time and the timing was perfect. The opportunity to take photos in the quarry and the room equipped with lights and the DJ station that can be used in case of rain for a buffet aperitif are wonderful. in short, we do not regret anything, the attention to detail is very high and the desire to do well as well. Stracongliato, even just to make a cognitive stroll, it's worth it!
