Aquistato un telo antigrandine a metro.
Un addetto anzichè tagliarlo diritto, lo ha tagliato storto VEDI FOTO.
Sono tornato chiedendo gentilmente che mi venisse sostituito in quanto inutilizzabile al mio scopo.
Il titolare invece di provvedere alla sostituzione si è messo a fare dell'ironia, insistendo più e più volte, che mi tagliassi il telo da solo.
Dopo 30 minuti di messa in scena mi spiega che bastava tagliare più tessuto = più costo .
Io avevo necessità di un rettangolo 3x8 mt.
Non ritengo corretto trattare così un cliente, un esercente dovrebbe lavorare per la soddisfazione dei propri clienti e non beffarli.

La prima volta, nonostante fosse un piccolo "problema", mi ha seguito in modo eccellente e consigliato in modo professionale anche se la spesa era di pochi euro.
La secconda volta, sono tornato per l'acquisto di un demolitore, mi ha fatto visionare tutti i prodotti, estraendoli dalle scatole, descrivendomi le caratteristiche di ciascuno e a quel punto chiedendomi quali fossero le mie necessità e come l'avrei usato. Mi ha proposto un modello che è demolitore/tassellatore: devo dire che è stato un ottimo consiglio!! perchè lo sto utilizzando per molte altre cose che non avevo preventivato.
Consigliatissima, bravi!!!
