Excellent "spumone", a typical Salento dessert consisting of hazelnut ice cream, crunchy, sponge cake and candied fruit. A real treat. Family and friendly management.

In Ugento one of the few pastry shops worthy of note, quality, hygiene and a great desire for dessert. The owner is a gentle and humble person who is a characteristic for a sweet veteran! Good dessert to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous êtes français évitez cet endroit médiocre. Mauvais accueil, à peine un bonjour alors un sourire il faut pas y compter. Nous y sommes allé pour prendre une glace, on avait l’impression de les déranger.
If you are French avoid this mediocre place. Bad reception, barely a hello then a smile should not be counted. We went there for ice cream, it seemed like we were disturbing them.

Very kind, very good, good prices, I went for a late lunch to get some pastries to "go up" to my house in Bari. I recommend it. Too bad the Pasticciotti were finished because of the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai quasi unica pasticceria a Ugento.In pieno agosto in tarda mattinata chiedere un gelato è qualcosa di scandaloso, non se ne parla! Ma parliamo di zeppole.....accettabili,non unte quelle fritte,anonima la crema con il sapore di un aroma non ben riconoscibile ma artificiale sicuramente! Avevo richiesto,ordinando il giorno prima, che le zeppole fritte venissero passate nello zucchero semolato.Una richiesta molto impegnativa tanto da non essere stata esaudita!
By now almost the only pastry shop in Ugento. In the middle of August in the late morning asking for an ice cream is something scandalous, we don't talk about it! But let's talk about zeppole ..... acceptable, not greasy fried ones, anonymous cream with the flavor of an aroma that is not well recognizable but certainly artificial! I had requested, by ordering the day before, that the fried donuts be passed in granulated sugar. A very demanding request, so much so that it was not fulfilled!
