Conclusione: mai arrivato. Caro Cattaneo serramentista, le persone non la chiamano per divertimento, perdono del tempo, prendono permessi dal lavoro, cercano consigli, non giudizi, aspettano magari dovendo fermare tutti i lavori di casa per decidere del suo preventivo... mi sembra il minimo sia far avere il preventivo. In addition to having asked twice to ask for an inspection because we are interested in a quote from them, we have also done so to have it sent to us. Conclusion: never arrived. Dear Cattaneo window-maker, people don't call you for fun, they waste time, they take permits from work, they look for advice, not judgments, they wait maybe having to stop all the housework to decide on your budget ... it seems to me the minimum is to make get the quote.

Dopo aver messo tutti i serramenti e le zanzariere, uno si aspetta anche un minimo di assistenza per lavori minori. Delusa. I have been waiting for two years to repair a mosquito net. Auguri…….!
