Niente scuse e n'è pulizia del tavolo. Perché a quanto pare troppo faticoso. Bad service. A 3.50 lemon soda containing 20 cl, half poured on the table upon arrival, leaving it strictly dirty. M	Maurizio Caso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace valutare bassa un attività di cui ho sempre avuto considerazione eccelsa in termini di cordialità ed in un periodo critico come questo,ma stamane considerate le restrizioni e la pioggia battente ci siamo riparati sotto gli ombrelloni esterni con la famiglia in attesa che si liberasse qualche tavolo...Nel frattempo mia moglie non conoscendo le disposizioni del locale e convinta di agevolare il lavoro degli addetti si è recata al suo interno ed ha ordinato le 4 Colazioni..Nel Frattempo liberatosi il posto abbiamo occupato il tavolo in attesa della consumazione...Bene, siamo stati invitati ad alzarci ed a lasciare lo spazio esterno dalla cameriera in quanto ci ha riferito che essi erano riservati a chi effettuava ordini con servizio al tavolo non d'asporto!A malincuore abbiamo dovuto consumare le 4 Colazioni complete sotto i portici fronte bar vista la pioggia! un esperienza non in linea con la storia della gelateria in questione.Non apparteniamo forse alla classe borghese della città certo, ma ritengo ché con queste restrizioni in corso in tempo di covid,non bisognerebbe sputare sui denari di nessuno a prescindere dal ceto sociale d'appartenenza.Ringraziamo per L'accoglienza ricevuta e per il tempismo delle comunicazioni regolamentari,in futuro opteremo sicuramente per altri lidi,Saronno offre di meglio in tanti altri luoghi. Le signore dedicate al servizio sono efficienti e veloci, ora vi sono dei nuovi arrivi e sembrano già in linea con lo standard del locale. Da consumatore delle sole colazioni non posso che giudicare positivamente le brioches per qualità e quantità (a volte la farcia "esonda"). Un saluto alla Sig.ra Ines che all'apertura mattutina non si trova più perché andata in pensione meritatamente...81 anni!!!!. Clean and tidy environment. The ladies dedicated to the service are efficient and fast, there are now new arrivals and they already seem in line with the standard of the place. As a consumer of breakfast only, I can only positively judge the brioches for quality and quantity (sometimes the filling "overflows"). Greetings to Mrs. Ines who is no longer found at the morning opening because she deservedly retired ... 81 years old !!!!.
