In mezza giornata il sorriso era salvo!!! Grazie al Dott. Catinari e all'efficientissimo Staff!!!! Appuntamento preso per le 15:00, alle 16:00 dopo un ora e dopo aver sollecitato, la segretaria esce e ci chiede cosa dobbiamo fare e soprattutto chi siamo!! Aggiungo che persone arrivate dopo di noi con appuntamenti successivi al nostro e senza alcuna emergenza sono state fatte passare tranquillamente avanti , era ben evidente che con saluti e baci conoscessero la segretaria! Prima volta in vita mia . DOPO 1 ORA E 10 MINUTI CI SIAMO ALZATI E CE NE SIAMO ANDATI ! Non commento i dottori perché non li abbiamo nemmeno visti ma dalla scelta della segretaria si deduce che manca la serietà . Se volete perdere un pomeriggio potete andare . Bad experience !!! Oltre alla massima professionalità del titolare ( è proprio un bravo dentista!) c'è da sottolineare la competenza dei suoi collaboratori. Dal sempre disponibile Massimo alla fida " segretaria" Carmela sempre pronta a venire in contro a qualsivoglia esigenza dei clienti. Voglio precisare che ho tantissima ansia nell'andare dal dentista, ieri sono stata nel vostro studio e sono arrivata già agitata di mio, ma oltre ad avermi ricostruito un dente perfettamente, senza nessun dolore, partendo dall'anestesia...
